This project consisted of gutting a portion of the existing
school to make room for a new auditorium, administration area,
and library. The project scope consisted of a new front parking
lot area, concrete floors and walls, structural and misc.
steel, fypon, EFIS, roofing, caulking, doors, frames &
hardware, new windows through out, drywall & metal studs,
tile, terrazzo, wood floors, carpeting, painting, toilet partitions,
signs, accessories, appliance, furniture, shades, new sprinkler
system, new mechanical system, plumbing upgrades, new electrical
system, interior finished, and facade modifications.
