This is the 3rd project that Sambe Construction Company will perform for The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Other projects included the West Quad Academic Building and the Multipurpose Recreation Center (aka The Bid Blue). This project includes 4 buildings at 3 stories each for a total of 105,576 SF wood framed construction, 4 trash and transformer enclosures, 3 transformer enclosures, and 1 generator enclosure.
