This project consisted of a three-story sports complex of
77,000 square feet and a 3,500 square foot mechanical building.
The complexity of the project was pouring all 40,000 square
feet of the gym arena in a tolerance of 1/8" in 10'.
Ff/fl numbers exceeded 125/80. The three floors on the west
side of the building are comprised of a 40 foot high clear
span building with 40,000 square feet of rubber flooring for
three full size basketball courts and one full size wood basketball
court for the college. The arena includes a second floor poured
concrete seating and a first floor 3,500 seat capacity bleacher
area. The project scope also included the construction of
4 full size tennis courts and an 1800 person bleacher structure
for the track and soccer field.
