This project consisted of the construction of a 100,352 square
foot two story middle school. The project involved the removal
of the existing tennis courts, driveway, trees and modular
classroom. The construction is footings, slab on grade, concrete
plank, gypcrete over plank, exterior and interior masonry
walls, glazed block, glass block, manufactured stone, shingle
roofing, PVC sheet roofing, aluminum windows, aluminum storefronts,
drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, metal ceilings, interior
skylight system, ceramic tile, linoleum flooring, vct, carpet,
painting, exterior clock, elevator, water system, storm management
system, sanitary system, and asphalt paving.
