This is the 3rd time Sambe Construction Co., Inc. & the
Moorestown Board of Education are working together along with
Brooks Garrison of Garrison Architects and Robert Oldt, Jr.
& David Constantine of the Construction of a 72,000 SF
school building consisting of a 3 court gymnasium with lockers
rooms, classrooms attached to an existing building, converting
a courtyard into a cafeteria extension and modifications to
the existing building. Scope of work includes demolition,
cuts and fills of excavation, storm system, sewer system,
sheet pile driving, paving, curbs, sidewalks, seeding, concrete
footings, slab on grade, brick, masonry, cast stone, structural
steel, columns covers, EPDM roofing, metal wall panels, doors,
frames, hardware, windows, overhead doors, storefronts, windows,
skylight, structural studs, light gage studs, drywall, ceramic
tile, acoustical ceilings, painting, toilet room partitions,
signage, lockers, , toilet room accessories, casework, furniture,
food service equipment, bleachers, sports equipment, sprinkler
system, plumbing system, HVAC, and electrical system.
