This project consists of adding 12,000 SF classrooms along with facade renovations to the existing school as well as addition of a cooling system to the existing school, site excavation, site utilities, concrete foundation, slab on grade, cmu walls with brick, joist and decking, rough carpentry, dampproofing, modified bit roofing, joint sealant, doors, frames, hardware, aluminum windows, frp doors, drywall and metal studs, act, vct, terrazzo tile, painting, toilet room partitions, signs, lockers, fire extinguishers, toilet room accessories, chalk and tackboards, casework, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
