of an auditorium and stage and classrooms attached to an existing
building. Scope of work includes demolition, cuts and fills
of excavation, storm system, sewer system, paving, curbs,
sidewalks, seeding, concrete footings, slab on grade, slab
on deck, pre-cast planks, brick, masonry, structural steel,
stairs, and railings, columns covers, EIFS, SBS roofing, standing
seam roof, doors, frames, hardware, windows, storefronts,
curtain walls, skylight, structural studs, light gage studs,
drywall, ceramic tile, terrazzo, acoustical ceilings, painting,
toilet room partitions, signage, lockers, wire mesh partition,
toilet room accessories, casework, fixed auditorium seats,
sprinkler system, plumbing system, HVAC, and electrical system.
