Scope of work = Surveying, selective demo, excavation, roof drains, paving, curbing, sidewalks, line striping & signage, fencing, landscaping, landscape wall, concrete, colored ground & polished concrete, precast plank, masonry, lite gage framing, stairs & railings, rough carpentry, woodwork, waterproofing, water repellants, metal roofing & wall panels, zinc panels, composite panels, caulking, doors, frames, hardware, coiling doors, aluminum storefronts & windows, plaster, drywall, tile, resinous matrix terrazzo, ceilings, wood floors, VCT, carpet, sound panels, painting, VDB, signage, lockers, operable partitions, FEC, accessories, toilet partitions, lab casework & fume hoods, plam casework, shades, greenhouse, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical.
