Sambe Construction Company has been awarded Egg Harbor Township High School Phase 2 Additions and Renovations by the New Jersey School Development Authority in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This $26 million dollar prime project includes a 2 story addition of 87,000 SF and 28,000 of renovations.

Multimedia Building by The College of New Jersey in Ewing,
NJ. This $22 million dollar prime project includes construction
of a new 3 story plus basement building totaling 74,000 SF.

Sambe Construction Company has been awarded Student Housing
5, Phase 3 by The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in
Pomona, NJ. This $12 million dollar prime project includes
construction of 2 new 3 story dormitories totaling 52,788
SF. This is the 4th project that Sambe Construction Company
will perform for The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Other projects included the West Quad Academic Building and
the Multipurpose Recreation Center (aka The Bid Blue), as
well as the current Student Housing 5, Phase 2 project.

Sambe Construction Company has been awarded the Egg Harbor
Township Community Center by the Township of Egg Harbor, NJ.
This $11.4 million dollar prime project includes construction
of a new building totaling 58,748 SF.

School by the South Harrison Township Board of Education in
Harrisonville, NJ. This $6 million dollar prime project includes
construction of 33,146 SF of additions.

Sambe Construction Company has been awarded the Collingswood
High School and Middle School by the Collingswood Board of
Education in Collingswood, NJ. This 10.1 million dollar prime
project includes construction of 41,439 SF of additions &
40,469 SF of renovations.

Dozer adding to their fleet of site equipment. This new addition
gives Sambe the ability to have multiple pieces in operation
adding efficiency to job production.

Scrapper to add to their growing fleet of site equipment.

Facilities at the New Jersey Air National Guard 177th Fighter
Wing in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This 12 million dollar 8A
set aside project consists of construction of 3 buildings
to house the F-22 Fighter.

a contract for $860,000.00 for Phase I at the Eastampton Middle
School consisting of new Athletic Fields, goals, curbing,
sidewalks, storm drainage, and paving.

a subsidiary of the NJEDA. The project is 100% union and WBE
and MBE participation who are UNION is recommended.

School in Gloucester City NJ. The project is 100% funded by
the NJEDA. The scope of work is for addition of a two story

October 28, 2002
SAMBE Construction Co., Inc. successfully completes the renovation
of the $7.5 million William Allen Middle School for the Moorestown
Board of Education. The 7 phase project was completed while
the school was in full operation. The project was done on
time and under budget.

September 10, 2002
SAMBE Construction Co., Inc. is awarded the New Egypt Primary
School in New Egypt, New Jersey by the Plumsted Board of Education.
The project is for construction of a new 45,000 SF school.

September 1, 2002
SAMBE Construction Co., Inc. successfully completes its portion
of contract $2.5 million Millbridge Elementary School which
included classroom additions, a cafeteria addition and a complete
site development rehabilitation. SAMBE Construction Co., Inc.
also completed the following schools as part of its $6.4 million
contract for the Jennings, Edison, Strawbridge, Van Sciver,
& Stoy Schools. The New Middle School Addition is slated
for completion by January 2003.
