This project consisted of renovations and additions to two existing facilities. The challenge was to keep the operation from shutting down while renovating the bus service bays, the operation facility and putting on additions. The scope size was 80,000 square feet, which included converting one facility to a Para Transit facility that included a compressed air system, vehicle exhaust system, sprinkler system, HVAC system and an electrical and fire alarm system. The second and larger facility included the addition of a tire storage facility, extension of a maintenance garage, addition of an elevator tower with an elevator, complete gut renovations of existing two story office complex, removal of existing ground two post lift, installation of a new two post lift, installation of new parallelogram lifts, battery charging station, a modified oil-water separator, fire alarm, plumbing and electrical system.
