| SITE SUPERINTENDENT:
Sambe Construction Company a leader in the Commercial Construction
Industry is seeking a qualified Site Superintendent to supervise
projects from bid award to completion. Applying individual
needs a minimum of three years proven experience managing
projects in Commercial Construction. Must have extensive knowledge
of Specifications and divisions, schedule compliance, site
preparation, coordination, submittals, RFI'S, Construction
Change Requests, daily reports, safety regulation and compliance,
reading blueprints and details, sub-contractor implementation,
framing, mechanical, roof systems, electrical, site work,
and have an overall grasp of employee coordination and management.
Applicant should have experience working with a Project Management
firm and Project Manager and coordinate between all parties.
Experience with the public sector is a plus working on projects
such as Federal Buildings, Schools, and State Contracts. RESIDENTIAL
EXPERIENCE DOES NOT QUALIFY AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Applicant
should have knowledge of computers and e-mail communication.References

FOR THE POSTION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER. WE ARE A
FULL SERVICE GENERAL CONTRACTING FIRM DOING WORK FOR THE FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT, STATE GOVERNMENT, LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES, AND PRIVATE
SECTOR. INDIVIDUALS APPLYING WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSIGHT
OF ASSIGNED PROJECTS FROM BID AWARD TO COMPLETION. APPLICANT

BOOK CLASSIFICATIONS, BE ABLE TO READ PRINTS AND DO TAKE OFFS,
