Betya Girlya established Sambe Construction Company in 1983 as a General Contractor. She has extensive knowledge of accounting and financial management. Her financial strength is the backbone to developing and maintaining multi-phased operations with the proper financial structure. Her will to succeed in the former USSR led her to develop as a high paced industry leader.
